Thank you for shopping at Shop8Lane. We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please make sure to review your order carefully before purchasing sale items. Please note that all shoes, and sunglasses are final sale items and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We kindly ask that you review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

2. Refunds & Store Credit
For regular-priced items, we offer a store credit for any returned merchandise. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided. Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s), minus any shipping charges. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and can be used toward future purchases at Shop8Lane.

3. Wrong Item Received
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Info@Shop8Lane.com We will arrange for the return of the wrong item at no additional cost to you. The correct item will be shipped once the wrong item has been returned in its original condition. Please note that the item must be returned before a replacement item can be sent.

4. Return Process
To return an item for store credit or in the case of receiving the wrong item, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  • Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon receipt.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a return label for the defective item and issue a replacement or store credit.

6. Exceptions
Certain items may be ineligible for return or exchange due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons. These items will be clearly marked on our website.

8. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility Policy

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered after being marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, packages delivered to the wrong address, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received.

If a delivery issue occurs, I will gladly assist by providing tracking information and, when possible, helping file a claim with the carrier. However, refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed for issues caused by the carrier once the package is out of my hands.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

For added protection, customers are encouraged to choose shipping options that include insurance or signature confirmation when available.
