• What is your Return & Exchange Policy

  Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges only. Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing us.
  • Customers are responsible for a $6 exchange shipping label fee.
  • All clothing sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for an exchange.

• How long does shipping take?

  • Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days.
  • Express shipping options are available at checkout.
  • Pre-order items typically ship within 3–4 weeks.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

• What if I couldn't get anything from a drop?

  If an item is marked as Pre-Order, it will automatically be placed on pre-order at checkout. Pre-order items may take a little longer to arrive, but placing a pre-order guarantees you'll receive the item once it becomes available. Please note that pre-orders typically ship within 3–4 weeks.

• Will you restock sold-out items?

  Yes! I try to restock them asap if its not available now it's more than likely under pre orders!

• When is the next drop?

  I try every 2 weeks to do drops! iI announce new drops on our social media and through email before they launch. Follow Shop8Lane_boutique and subscribe to our emails so you'll be the first to know about new arrivals, restocks, and exclusive releases!
